• All reservations are for an 8 hours.
• The person who made the reservation must be present during the time of delivery.
• The customer is required to check the rented item before our driver leaves.
• Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Fees will apply to dirt setups.
• Water products require a regular garden water hose. We do not provide the water hose.
• Water should be turned off when the water product is not being used.
• The area needs to be ready before our driver arrives.
• The customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or water lines, or other related to the rental item.
• Customer is solely responsible for determining if a minor child can use our rentals.
• Inflatables should not be used during rain, thunderstorms or high winds.
• Not Food or Drinks allowed on inflatables.
